Asap Rocky is doing his part in standing out in Hip Hop as one of the first Rap Artist to officially represent a prestigious brand such as Dior. 

It has a lot to do with the fact that although he may portray the hood lifestyle in his lyrics, his outside image in how he dresses on a day to day screams high fashion.  He doesn’t allow how other people believe he should because of his occupation in order to decipher his dress code and I like that about Asap.  It makes him more appealing to a broader audience outside of the HipHop community.

He basically pulled a Jay-Z when he started wearing suits to alter people’s perception of the bad boy lifestyle he portrayed in his music;  Its apparent it worked considering one of the World’s Best known brands have signed him on as model and ambassador.  So congrats!
