The Pippen Divorce Drama is Heating up, and Scottie’s made he first move.
After rumor’s spread like wild-fire about Larsa Pippens indiscretions with Atlanta Rapper Future, on top on multiple domestic disturbances being reported from their Marital home Scottie has called it quits.
In Scottie’s petition, he want’s full custody of the couples 4 children and he doesn’t want to pay Alimony Larsa. He also would like to relocate to Chicago, Illinois and if he’s forced to stay in Florida than he’d still have the kids a majority of the time.
From Radar Online:
The former Real Housewives of Miami star’s husband of 19 years, basketball legend Scottie Pippen, 51, just filed papers in Florida— and the split couldn’t be nastier!
According to Broward County Circuit Court documents obtained by Radar, Scottie demanded “ultimate responsibility” of the former couple’s four minor children: Scottie Jr., Preston, Justin and Sophia.
“The Husband requests that this Court…allocates parental responsibility whereby the Husband is awarded ultimate responsibility over issues relating to education, health care, and general welfare of the minor children,” Scottie’s attorneys wrote.
He also announced he will file a Petition for Relocation on behalf of the children, and plans to whisk them away to Chicago, Illinois.
If forced to stay in Florida, Scottie said he should have the kids the “majority” of the time.
“If the Petition…is not granted, then it is in the minor children’s best interests that the Husband be awarded the majority of timesharing with the minor children during the pendency of this action and permanently thereafter,” the lawyers said.
In another epic diss, multi-millionaire Scottie begged the court not to demand he pay alimony to his former reality star wife, 42.
Furthermore, he requested the right to “amend” their prenuptial agreement.
Who can blame him for the actions he’s taken, Larsa’s 42 years old gallivanting around the world behind Kim Kardashian and apparently Future every chance she get’s. I’m certain he wouldn’t ask for this type of custodial agreement if he didn’t have some type of proof or evidence as to why he’s petitioning for it. Especially considering he’s asking the prenuptial agreement be amended. I’m thinking there’s some type of clause in it that would allow him to do saw and if there is you have to wonder what exactly does it say.
Larsa’s response has yet to be filed, and there’s no telling as of now if this divorce will get any nastier from here.
