Some of “Black America” took offense & flipped out when they found out R&B Diva Chrisette Michel was performing for Trump on Inauguration Day.  

Chrisetta had 702,000 or so Instagram Followers when news broke and I counted.  The news of her Inauguration performance resulted in her losing 4000 or so at the end of the day.  Which in all honestly goes to show not all her fans disapproved or were going to hold her performing against her undeniable talent.  As it should be.

Many of the same people who were upset, thought they might of shamed Chrisette from performing.  As they expected that she was suppose to perform last night or earlier today, not realizing that she was actually scheduled tonight at the Inaugrial “Liberty Ball”.  I wasn’t able to find a clip of her performance alone so I had to post the full event.  But I did take the Liberty of marking when the performance started and its at the 50:00 mark of the video.

She ended up doing a Gospel Song Duo with a male singer and a choir behind them, which was beautiful and very inspirational.  There’s no doubt that her performance is slated to bring her millions of new fans and followers as her pitch was on point as usual.
