Just when you think the beef is cooling down between the two ex-lovers, someone cut’s up the heat and stirs the pot of never-ending drama between Joseline & Stevie.  In this instance Stevie J is firing back with a defamation law suit, mainly accusing Hernandez of falsely accusing his of molesting his youngest daughter. 

As she posted several accusations on her social media saying Stevie J practiced Incest & satanism, him and his father.-Joseline Drops More Bombshells About Stevie J…. Stevie is insisting that the rumor’s Ms.Hernandez has started, has defamed his character and is affecting his coin.

TMZ Reports:

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Stevie J is suing his ex, Joseline Hernandez for her repeated accusations he molested his daughter, and is a devil-worshipping gay man.

Stevie J says his ex has been on a smear campaign and even enlisted a former nanny for his child to post similar allegations on social media … according to the defamation suit, obtained by TMZ.

Stevie says Joseline’s gone as far as calling Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services accusing him of sexual abuse. You’ll recall Joseline posted a message to her 1.9 million followers, claiming Stevie molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust.

According to the docs, Joseline accused him of being gay and a devil-worshiper … which Stevie says has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule.

He’s suing Joseline for damages, and also wants a judge to force her to shut her trap.

I know this baby is coming and we have yet to know whether or not Stevie J is the father or not. But lets hope that he’s not for both their sake. Now that Stevie J & Faith are official.Faith Evans Is Taken a Ride of Stevie J’s Bus…I don’t want Stevie J & Joseline having to co-parent to affect Faith & Stevie’s relationship.  But knowing Faith she could handle Joseline.
